Implemented OneClick payment method, seperate log file for notfiications, implemented recurring_contract notification saved into billing agreements

change of lib so setStatus is now setEnvironment and uses Environment class to set correct environment

added support for refund and capture, added loggers so it is possible to log to different files(not fully working yet)

This name was already reserved for our magento 1.x module

added info blocks for HPP and Cc, fix title for adyen cc in frontend, added support for 3D secure creditcard payments, fixes some notifications handler, pspreference set on additionalData by notification so info blocks can show link to pspreference on adyen side

implemented authentication for notification, let the notification handler save the date so that timezone is correct, fix that live property is set in the notificaiton table and let the cronjob set notification to done when it is finished

fix notificaitons handler with invoice creation build into and added AdyenAbstract model for abstract configuration
